Short Biography of Mr. Peter Ciriello

Mr. Peter Ciriello is currently the Senior Vice President of Cinram International, one of the world's largest manufacturers of pre-recorded DVD, CD-Audio and CD-ROM. Peter was formerly President of Carthuplas USA, a global manufacturer of CD packaging. Previously, Peter was President of Fulflex, Inc., a manufacturer of elastomeric materials that are used for industrial applications and in the textile, diaper, and medical marketplace. Fulflex was established in 1936 in Bristol, RI and has five manufacturing plants in Vermont, Tennessee, Ireland, Luxembourg and Singapore.

Prior to joining Fulflex in 2002, Peter was the President/CEO of Shape Global Technology, a manufacturer of data storage products and packaging for the music, movie, game and software markets. Shape manufactured floppy discs, compact discs, video cassettes, and 3480 tape cartridges and also was a manufacturer of packaging products for various types of media. Prior to Shape, Peter was the General Manager of the Media Products Division for Kao Corporation, a large Japanese consumer products company.

Peter has a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono and an MS degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. He is a board member and Executive Committee member of the International Recording Media Association, the primary trade organization for recorded and recording media companies.
