Short Biography of James Cross
James Cross is Vice President of Technology Development at Nuvera Fuel Cells . His responsibilities are primarily operational and include managing the core North American technology development portfolio, directing system integration and engineering activities at the prototype level, growing the company's intellectual property base, and coordinating technical activities between Nuvera's North American and European operations. He is also active in supporting strategic planning, marketing, and business development. In addition to overseeing Nuvera's technology development efforts, James sponsors the company's hydrogen generation product.
Prior to joining Nuvera, James was the Director of Research and Development at Epyx Corporation, a spin-off company of Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he helped launch this fuel-processing technology company. Before that, he was a consultant with Arthur D. Little's Technology and Product Development Director, focusing on hydrogen generation. He also worked as a researcher at Battelle Corporation.
James holds degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Princeton University and a degree in Applied Mathematics from Stanford University.
