Pirooz Vakili is Associate Professor and Associate Chair for Graduate
Studies at the Department of Manufacturing Engineering at Boston
University. His areas of research include operations management,
valuation and management of R&D investments, computational finance, Monte Carlo simulation, and bioinformatics. His research is supported by the National Science Foundation, and the National Institute of Health.
