Clean energy technology and market opportunities are front page news. The level of interest and activity is at an all time high. Why?

This presentation will provide an overview of clean energy. Where we are now, how we got here, where the opportunity is likely to move forward. It will address macro drivers such as Security, Environment, Infrastructure, Global Warming, and Government. It will discuss current investment activity, touching on local company and market examples as illustrations of successes and ongoing challenges. It will attempt to dispel some conventional wisdoms such as “unprofitable”, “undercapitalized” and “ready in five years”.

It will make the case that clean energy will be an increasingly strategic part of the global economy from today forward.
