Areas of Interest:
With the prospect of moving to emeritus status on January 1, 2007, the focus of Professor Ebner’s activity will shift. While no longer teaching courses, he will continue to work with both seniors on Senior Projects and local companies on the implementation of lean operations and supply chains. Further he will continue to foster and grow the activities of the Merrill L. Ebner Design Fund and the departmental Distance Learning Program. Finally he will undertake some new activities in the area of translating 2d software images into complex 3d physical shapes.
