Backup/Restore Services

Based on current business requirements, we provide backups of all servers on the following schedule:
Daily – Monday-Friday at 11pm – stored for 7 days
Weekly – Every Saturday at 11pm – stored for 30 days
Monthly – Every last Sunday of every month – stored for 12 months
We do not make backups during the day.  Our restore procedures assure immediate on-demand restore of user data.  To request your data to be restored please email us at METIT@BU.EDU with the file/folder name and date you need the data to be restored from.  All requests completed within 2 hours.
