MET IT offers tools to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet.  These are web-based applications where the attendees access the meeting by clicking on a link distributed by e-mail to enter the conference.  MET-MEET is a video webinar service hosted by MET IT (http://met-meet.bu.edu).   It also provides video capabilities and VOIP audio conferencing.   MET IT maintains licenses for BU Connect (Adobe Connect Pro product).  With MET-MEET and Adobe Connect web conferencing you can have more productive and personal meetings while saving time and money previously devoted to travel.  Key features are: desktop sharing,  document upload, video conferencing,  chat, voice over IP.

How to Schedule

Please complete the technology request form to schedule a webinar. We can support your requests Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm.  Please plan for additional 30 minutes before the session in order to load your presentation materials, attach the microphone, etc.
