Video Conferencing

Conference XP is a free conferencing option that is recommended for connecting several classrooms or labs over a “video bridge”. Instructions (including user guide, setup instrutions, and link to download the necessary software) available here You can also look at a typical conference snapshot.

 

How to Schedule

Please complete the technology request form to schedule a video conference. We can support your requests Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm.  Please plan for additional 30 minutes before the session in order to load your presentation materials, attach the microphone, etc.
