MET IT offers a full range of services in support of emerging technologies into MET educational processes to promote cognitive learning in various course formats. 

COURSE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
• Blackboard Learn Assistance
• Secure hosting and/or distribution of course-related content, software, virtual images.
• Lecture Capture and Recording and hosting videos and other media with MyMedia/Kaltura.

COLLABORATION TOOLS SUPPORT
• Lecture Capture
Web Conferencing for Live Classrooms and special events
• Support for graphical tablet/boards and handwriting capture

INDEPENDENT LEARNING SUPPORT
• Classroom recordings
• Video Tutorials
• Homework reviews, assessment feedback, recorded commentaries

RESEARCH COMPUTING SUPPORT
• Provide the necessary infrastructure and services (servers, databases, applications, consulting)

Office of Distance Education (ODE)
• For Online Classes (O1) contact ODE for questions related to Blackboard, Zoom, etc.

Please Note: For MET Classes scheduled in Room 109 and the Fuller PC Labs we are able to provide a high level of support to set-up and launch MET Blended Courses.
