  • The Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) develops expertise in managing complex large- and small-scale projects by focusing on project conception, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation. Learn how to facilitate relationships between the project team and customers, and balance competing demands among scope, time, cost, and quality. Course waivers can be provided for the PMP certification.
