The Conference was co-organized with the University of Applied Sciences, Fulda, Germany, and the New Bulgarian University, Sofia, Bulgaria.
The 2009 conference had a special feature: for the first time audiences at three sites in Sofia and two sites in Boston were joined by a video-bridge and could fully participate in the delivery of papers and the follow-up discussions.
The 2009 Conference was one of the largest annual conferences among project management professionals and practitioners. Attendees gathered to learn about the latest project management developments and technologies.
On Monday, October 27, 2008, A4 held a panel discussion on assembling an effective board; encouraging your board to involve itself financially, operationally and strategically; the role of the board in large and small non-profit organizations; and how to handle tough situations and crises.
