Adding a Course

After you have registered for your classes, course changes can be made on the Student Link for eligible courses/students, or by using a Add/Drop Form.

If you wish to register for a course that is already full, you must obtain the instructor’s permission and signature on the Add/Drop Form. No signature is required for classes with open seats, unless it is noted on the Student Link that permission is required. Submit your signed Add/Drop Form to:

Dropping a Course

To drop a course or courses, you must complete the Add/Drop Form. Upon receipt of this form, the Office of the University Registrar will adjust your account according to the Refund Policy Dates.

Fall 2016 Drop/Withdrawal Refund Policy Dates
On or before September 5 100% of tuition and fees
September 6 –  September 19, 2016 100% of tuition only
September 20 – October 3, 2016 50% of tuition only
As of October 4, 2016 No refund

 

Spring 2017 Drop/Withdrawal Refund Policy Dates
On or Before January 18, 2017 100% of tuition and fees
January 19 – February 1 100% of tuition only
February 2 – 16 50% of tuition only
As of February 16 No refund

Withdrawing from All Courses

To drop your total course load, you must complete the Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form and submit it to:

Upon receipt of your official Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form, the Office of the University Registrar will adjust your account according to their published refund schedule. View the schedule and find additional information at the Office of the University Registrar website.
