
Online Formats for Project Management at Boston University’s Metropolitan College
Two online educational opportunities are available to GE employees through Boston University’s Metropolitan College. These online courses are part of a graduate certificate or master of science degree that allow GE Employees outside of the greater Boston area to take advantage of Boston University’s excellent academic reputation via a convenient distance learning format. Online courses are offered three semesters per year (fall, spring, summer) with 2 courses available each semester. The two courses run consecutively, with a new course beginning every seven weeks.

Graduate Certificate in Project Management (4 courses online)
The online Graduate Certificate in Project Management is designed for those who want to combine graduate level theory with the skills needed to earn PMP® project management competencies.
Master of Science Degree in Project Management (12 courses online)
The online Master of Science in Project Management provides business leaders with the expertise required to formulate and execute the best possible response to projects, communications, and risk management. The Master of Science in Project Management is ALSO designed for those who want to combine graduate level theory with the skills needed to earn PMP® project management competencies.
