Digital Forensics Graduate Certificate

Today, the use of computers and other digital devices is a fact of life in organizations both large and small. The fundamental role of digital systems in business operations brings with it serious security challenges. To mitigate the risks posed by hackers and criminals, it is important for IT specialists to obtain a comprehensive overview of digital forensics.

The Graduate Certificate in Digital Forensics provides in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of digital crime scene investigation techniques. Participants will explore a variety of topics such as forensic analysis policy and procedures, forensic analysis tools, data recover, investigation, and more.

eLive Format

Delivered through the eLive format, each course for the Graduate Certificate in Digital Forensics combines online study with four on-campus Saturday meetings per semester. By combining the convenience of online study and the dynamic of face-to-face study, the eLive format provides added flexibility and new avenues of opportunity for those with demanding schedules.

Apply Credits

Credits earned from this certificate may be applied toward Master of Science in Computer Information Systems.

A total of 16 credits are required.

Previous programming experience.
