Refund Dates & Schedule

Dropping a Course

To drop a course or courses, you must complete the Add/Drop Form. Upon receipt of this form, the Office of the University Registrar will adjust your account according to the refund policy dates.

Spring 2012 Drop/Withdrawal Refund Policy Dates
Prior to first day of classes
(up to January 26, 2012)
100% of tuition and fees
January 17-30, 2012 100% of tuition only
January 31-February 13, 2012 50% of tuition only
As of February 14, 2012 No refund

These dates do not apply to online students. Metropolitan College online students should visit Boston University Distance Education for important dates.

Withdrawing From All Courses

To withdraw from all of your courses, you must complete the Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form and submit it to:
