Metropolitan College Locations
Boston University has all the advantages of being in the heart of one of the United States’ most desirable cities. In fact, along with reputation, one of the top reasons our students choose Metropolitan College is our appealing location. Yet, we also offer a broad range of options for students who may not live or work in Boston—or anywhere near it.
For instance, you can study at your company location, or at our campus in Chelmsford. There are programs online, at military bases, and abroad—even within the confines of correctional facilities.
Charles River Campus
Boston University’s main campus extends over 131 acres from Boston’s Back Bay district along the banks of the Charles River. Museums, theatres, galleries, shopping districts, cafés, historic parks, and major universities are all within walking distance of the Charles River Campus, and there are several trolley stops on campus.
As one of its most innovative ventures, Metropolitan College engages with corporations to interpret company goals and objectives, assess workforce needs, and recommend the most advantageous educational solutions for executives and employees. Our representatives will attend company education or benefits fairs, host on-site information sessions, and create webinar presentations unique to your company.
Metropolitan College offers an array of educational options for companies—including tuition scholarships through formal partnerships, workforce assessment, relevant fields of study, and flexible delivery of high-quality programs taught by full-time Boston University faculty.

I just completed MET’s MSBA program at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. The program you offer to active military is second to none. I have been so impressed with the flexibility of the professors and administrators—this program saw me through two deployments. I recommend MET to every young Lieutenant I come into contact with.

Prison Education Program
Education has the power to elevate, nurture, and transform. The impact of education is especially evident in prison, providing inmates with an opportunity to contribute positively to their families and communities.
With this in mind, MET offers a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in three Massachusetts correctional facilities as part of its Prison Education Program.
