Sandy Block—one of only 279 Masters of Wine worldwide—is Boston-based. He is Vice President of Beverage Operations at Legal Sea Foods and sits on the Executive Board at the Elizabeth Bishop Wine Resource Center where he developed (and still teaches) BU’s curriculum for the highly regarded Certificate Program in Wine Studies.
