Today’s BU Today leads with the story on the team visiting Haiti this week, and their meeting with the president of this devastated country. The article’s author, Seth Rolbein, is part of this group. Others are working on campus through the CAS Geography department.

The others in Haiti are all affiliated with MET – Professor Enrique Silva, who heads our Urban Affairs programs, Jean Lucien Ligonde (a MET 2009 alumnus from both a BUGlobal diploma program and the MSAS in financial economics), his wife Elisabeth Coicou (a current degree candidate in city planning), and Anuradha Mukherji (a MET lecturer in city planning and urban affairs). Enrique and the married MET couple are both pictured with President René Préval in this article.
