The vice president for marketing and communications leads all components of Marketing & Communications, serves as chief brand strategist for the University, and advises the president and board of trustees on matters pertaining to Boston University’s reputation.
As a member of the president’s senior staff, the vice president works with the leadership of the University to ensure that communications and media relations efforts reflect the breadth and depth of the institution and take full advantage of opportunities to advance BU as one of the world's leading private, urban, research and teaching universities.
The Vice President for Marketing & Communications is the best place to start a marketing or communications project that may involve multiple communications functions across the University.
