Level II: Advanced Studies
The program consists of four academic classes taught by local university professors at the well-known International Institute in Madrid. All classes meet for three hours each week and typically require a final paper and exam.
- Information about level II classes: classes vary by year depending on professors and professors’ interests. As such, some classes listed may not be offered your semester, and there may be additional classes offered that are not listed.
- Qualified level II students may choose to participate in an internship; the internship ranges between 15 and 20 hours per week and counts for one academic course (four credits).
Boston University will evaluate each course’s subject content and give students corresponding BU course credit at the end of the semester.
