Leading in Love: Love for Neighbors Near and Far

In this two-year program (January 2005 - December 2006), students selected to participate are exploring their questions of faith and their understandings of the world through a variety of readings, presentations, service projects, and discussions.

Travel is also a big part of the program. In March 2005, we took a Spring Break pilgrimage to Munich, Germany. In August 2005, we traveled together to Baltimore, Maryland for the ELCA Global Mission Event. In March 2006, we went to Puerto Rico for a service project and on to Washington, DC for Ecumenical Advocacy Days for Global Peace with Justice.

Leading in Love concludes in the fall of 2006, but our emphases on leadership development through service-learning continue. Keep an eye on the bulletin boards in Marsh Chapel (downstairs) and our Calendar for updates on what comes next!
