Martin Greenup (Harvard University): “Inventing a Demotic Language: the American English of Wallace Stevens' Harmonium

The Editorial Institute is pleased to host a local meeting of the Association of Literary Scholars and Critics (ALSC). On 18 November, at 5:00 pm, ALSC members and their friends are invited to a discussion led by Martin Greenup (Harvard University) entitled, "Inventing a Demotic Language: the American English of Wallace Stevens' Harmonium." The meeting will be held in Room 106 of 143 Bay State Road. For questions, please contact either Alex Effgen or the ALSC. Please RSVP no later than 16 November.
