2. Each of us will continue to work on our portion of Finding Information which is now entitled Doing Research. We'll post these outlines ahead of time to the web site if they're ready, otherwise we'll bring copies to the meeting on 7/7.

Summary of Meeting

1. Additional member

With Tracy's leave approaching sometime in July, the group decided to ask Mary McGowan to join the group. Tom will check with Mary to see if she's willing and able to join. (Note: Mary would like to join the group. Has time on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays for meetings.)

2. Revamping of Tutorial outline

We re-worked the outline. See changes from outline 2 to outline3.

3. Discussion of current work

We all felt somewhat at loose ends with our current assignment to flesh out our portions of Finding Information. We felt we needed to coordinate this effort at least for the first module so that we'd all be presenting information in a consistent manner. We made a few decisions to standard the sections including:

• Labeling all locations within outlines as L.O. for Learning Objects which we would like to include in the Tutorial. These can be further labeled with Flash, Screen shot, Video, Audio, Diagram, as appropriate.
• Citations will be located at the bottom of each subsection or module.
• Sections will be outlined using A, A1, a, a1, etc.
• Each section will have a title.

Agenda for meeting on 7/7/06

1. Review sections which have been revamped.

2. Schedule regular weekly, 2-hour meetings on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

3. Figure out how best to introduce Mary to the work of the group.

4. Decide next steps.
