Feedback from Branches, Departments, Committees

Members of the Administrative Library Council (ALC) were asked to meet with their staff, draft a response to the most recent draft of the Library's Strategic Plan and submit their report to the Steering Committe by 6/30/06. In this response, ALC members were asked to summarize staff feedback on the following points:

• Suggested changes for the Plan
• Earmark strategies, in priority order, which their group will work on
  • As participants
  • As leaders
  • Other groups or partners who should also work on each earmarked strategy

A summary of the process was distributed to all staff via the library-wide list on 6/23/06.
