Humans of Mugar
In January before classes start, the libraries are really quiet. It’s cold outside, it’s warm in here, so it’s a great time to come in and catch up on your reading or that project you’ve been meaning to work on. If you can’t make it into the library, you can still join the Mugar Book Club on Facebook. They’re reading Master Thieves: The Boston Gangsters Who Pulled Off the World’s Greatest Art Heist by Stephen Kurkjian, available through BU Libraries as an eBook.
Now as we listen to pins drop in Mugar, we’re reliving last semester when the library was filled with students with the help of the Mugar Greene Scholars Instagram series, Humans of Mugar:

#HumansOfMugar: “I worked here over the summer, and I got to make the closing announcement telling people to get out of the library, but there’s a script in the back explaining exactly what to say. I didn’t know about that, so I just went completely off script.” – Jenice Ko, Circulation Desk 😱📚🎤🏆
