Introducing Ken Liss, Head of Liaison & Instruction Services

Boston University Libraries are pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Liss as Head of Liaison & Instruction Services.

In this position Ken will work to strengthen the outreach and instruction provided by librarians that supports the research, teaching, and learning of the University’s schools and colleges as library content – scholarship and research materials – continues to transform and shift to digital and electronic formats.

Ken’s prior experience includes Community Specialist & Trainer for LibGuides and other innovative online library products at Springshare, Inc., Interim Coordinator, Digital User Services at Boston College Libraries and as Senior Reference Librarian/Bibliographer liaising with faculty and students in Communication Studies.
