*Mugar Library's main building hours typically extend beyond its listening room, and some music class reserves and staff hours. Mugar building hours indicate open stack access to non-storage books, items designated Music Open Reserve, most scores, reference works, microforms, periodicals, and the wireless network.
The Fiedler Reading Room, for open study during the Music Library's hours, now features an exhibit prepared by the Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center and Professor Deborah Burton: The Girl of the Golden West : Chronicling Puccini's Fanciulla.
