our expanded access subscription includes free full-text to most post-1997 works; the selection is expanding as the vendor is able to provide more retrospecitively. The majority of dissertations are contributed by North American institutions.
PDQT Open -- the open access portion of Dissertation Abstracts (Proquest Dissertations and Theses). Several thousand dissertations have been designated by their authors as free and open access.

Musicological Society begun in 1951. A retrospective online database
of dissertations as compiled under Adkins is in preparation.

language and based from insitutions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland
are announced.
