December residency : the libraries look forward to welcoming more doctoral candidates for your residency. Come directly to the second floor of Mugar Memorial Library, 771 Comm Ave. We were delighted to get to know our August and October residents.

For all users regardless of your location: when you navigate through the BU library web pages to electronic indexes, databases and electronic journals you will be prompted at various points of entry for your kerberos login/password combination. This authentication step assures your "deep" access to the licensed portion of the holdings.

Mac users & .pdfs: please see this new advisory if you encounter difficulties opening .pdfs and 'Preview' is your default application. We thank Ron Giltrap of Information Technology for the final diagnosis and solution presented here.
