The database consists of the following components: U.S. and
International Company Data, Archives, Annual Reports, Factsheets Plus, Factsheets Express, Institutional Holdings, Insider Trades, Expanded Long-Term Debt, Equity Portraits, and Corporate Bond Portraits.
The Database also includes Country Profiles with basic data on countries and Industry Reports, covering such industries as Commercial Banking, Aviation, Biotechnology, IT & Technology, and others. Industry information is provided for the U. S. and, in many cases, for the Asia/Pacific region.
Notes: Edgar filings can be searched by company name, for specific
filings, by date and for specific text within filings. Works best with Internet Explorer.

Search Tips: Use "Basic Search" to find information on a specific company.
To use the "Advanced Search" based on a variety of company criteria, follow steps 1-5 in the light green boxes.
1. Select a Category and Subcategory.
2. Select Operator (ie: "equal to", "greater than" or "less than").
3. "Set Value" should correspond to subcategory from #1 (ie: SIC code or numeric amount).
4. Click "Add Criteria" and Search.
Select "Help" in the upper right corner of the screen for additional assistance.
