| Description: | GuideStar provides information on the missions, finances, programs, and management (executives and board members) on more than 1.7 million nonprofit organizations, including foundations, public charities, and others . GuideStar also provides the Form 990 for organizations listed. Nonprofits can be screened for criteria such as subject category, geographic location, income range, IRS Subcategory Codes, etc. Results can be sorted by several criteria including organization name, income, Form 990, and IRS subsection. GuideStar Premium provides the option of downloading individual organization information into Excel including selected financial information such as total income, total expenses and total end of year assets.
