Find Company Financials and SEC Filings

Mergent Online [About]. Type in the company name in the search box and click on the search button ... Works best with Internet Explorer.

Company Financials - Click on the Company Financials tab to obtain up to 15 years of financial statements.  

SEC Filings - Click on the EDGAR tab.

Competitors' Financial Information - Click on the Competitors tab. Create a competitor report.

Segments - Click on the Company Financials tab, Click on Segments to find Business Analysis by revenues, operating income and Geographic Analysis.

The first section of a public company 10K has information related to company strategy, including "distribution" and other related issues such as "seasonality".
