Anthropology
Traditionally, anthropology is divided into four subfields: social/cultural anthropology, physical anthropology, archaeology, and linguistics. This guide lists several of the core reference sources in physical anthropology, social/cultural anthropology, and linguistics, but is not intended to be comprehensive. If you need assistance in locating these or any other sources, please ask at the Mugar Memorial Library Reference Desk. Specialized interests may also be served by one of the following research guides: Archaeology, Folklore, Human Relations Area Files (HRAF), Linguistics, and Native American Studies.
