Note: There are three different ways in which you may participate, and it is possible to combine them. For example, you can volunteer for a science or career demo, travel to the next venue for lunch with students, and also help with an activity after lunch. Depending on how much time you have, you can volunteer for an hour, or for the whole day. All volunteers are invited to MoS for panel and Omni Show.
INFORMATION FAIR AT BU from 10:30-11:30
I will present a science demo, activity or poster at the Information Fair from 10:30 -11:30 on the second floor of Photonics, 8 St. Mary's St.
I will host a career or program information table at the Information Fair from 10:30 -11:30 on the first floor of Photonics, 8 St. Mary's St.
I will need the following:
LUNCH with STUDENTS
I will eat lunch with a group of students at Wentworth from 12:00-1:00 pm (bus transportation from BU will be available)
I will eat lunch with a group of students at Harvard from 12:00-1:00 pm (bus transportation from BU will be available)
ASSIST with HANDS ON ACTIVITIES from 1:00-2:00 and 2:15-3:15
I will assist with an activity (presented twice) at Wentworth from 1:00-3:15 (bus transportation to MoS will be available)
I will assist with an activity (presented twice) at Harvard from 1:00-3:15 (bus transportation to MoS will be available)
I will attend Panel at the MoS
I will attend Omni Show at the MoS
I will need parking at Boston University
I will need parking at Harvard
I will need parking at Wentworth
I will need parking at the MoS
