LENS is a week long summer program for students who will be in the 7th or 8th grade in September 2007. The program focuses on design, exploration, hands on experiments, and fun!

Activities Included:
Photography: Make your own pinhole camera and take pictures with it!
Holography: Make your own Hologram!
Sound and Medical Imaging: Look inside the human body!
Robotics and Design: Build your own robot!
Wind and Flight: See how planes fly!

Additonal Details:

Students must be able to get to and from BU on their own. The program will be held in the Photonics Building -- just a few steps from the MBTA Green Line.

Lunch will be provided each day.

Students who complete the 5- day program will received a certificate and a $50 stipend to cover transportation and other costs.
