Directions to the George Sherman Union/WarrenTowers Garage

 

From West:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 18, Allston/Cambridge.  Exit Left.  Follow the signs to Cambridge to the second set of lights.  Turn right at the lights; this is Soldiers Field Road/Storrow Drive.  Exit at Kenmore Square.

 

From South:

Take I-93/Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) North to Boston.  Exit onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26).  Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Exit.  Follow Local Directions below.

 

From North:

Take I-93 or Route 1 South to Boston.  Exit onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26).  Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Exit.  Follow Local Directions below.

 

From the North Shore:

Take Route 1-A through the Sumner Tunnel.  Follow signs onto the Expressway North.  Take the Back Bay/Storrow Drive Exit, and follow signs onto Storrow Drive.  Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Exit.  Follow Local Directions below.

 

Local Directions from the Kenmore Square/Commonwealth Avenue Exit of Storrow Drive:

At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Beacon Street.  At this point, the road forks; take the right fork which is Bay State Road.  Bear left at the third stop sign (there will be a small park on the left).  At the light go straight across Commonwealth Ave. and turn left.  Take the first right onto Hinsdale St. and you will see the entrance to Warren Towers Garage directly to your right.  Upon exiting the garage, turn left and walk west on Commonwealth Ave. Cross over to the other side of the street and the George Sherman Union will be on your right at 775 Commonwealth Ave.  Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find the registration table in the lobby.

 

By Public Transportation:

Boston University is located along the MBTA Green line.  From any downtown Green Line subway station, take the "B" train heading outbound toward Kenmore Square. From North Station, you can take any train inbound and transfer to the ÒBÓ line before leaving the Kenmore Square station.  After Kenmore, the train will be above ground.  Exit the train at the third stop above ground (Boston University Central).  The George Sherman Union is located just west at 775 Commonwealth Ave. take the stairs up to the second floor and you will see a registration table in the lobby.
