Computer Services: Printing

Printing: Law School

There are two printers each in room 316 and 334, one printer outside room 384, two printers in the Pappas reading room and one printer in the Annex. Lab computers default to the closest printer. Students using wireless printing may choose the printer they would like to use. All printers in the law school require the use of a copy card.

Printing: Wireless to Law Library printers

In order to print from your laptop to one of the library's printers you will need to configure your printer settings. Instructions for manual configuration for wireless printing are available on the Computers & Technology page. These instructions are good for Windows XP, MAC, and Vista operating systems.

Windows XP and Vista users: The Office of Computer Systems has an executable (.exe) file that you can run to automatically setup the printers. Download the applicable file to your desktop, then double-click the application to run it.

Printing: Office of Information Technology, 111 Cummington Street

Printers are located at 111 Cummington Street. All Boston University graduate students have a printing allotment or quota which can be used to print output from applications programs. You may send print jobs to the ACS printers from the law library computers.  In the program's printer selection window, the printers are labeled 111 plus the type of printing (single/double sided, stapled/not stapled), e.g. 111 single sided stapled. Please check the Web Computing Page for specific details.
