Circulation Services: Group Discussion Rooms

A number of rooms on the lower level of Pappas have been reserved by the library for exclusive use of current BU law students.  The rooms are primarily for group discussion and study. When not reserved by a group, individual BU law students may use the rooms for quiet study.

These rooms may be reserved for two hours per day by two representatives of a study group. Group representatives are asked to adhere to the two hour reservation limit. A group may continue to use the room beyond the reservation period as long as no other group reserves the room.

The rooms are reserved at the Pappas circulation desk.

Please note:

Due to the number of requests for room use the library strictly limits reservations for all rooms to two hours per day.

During times when no group has reserved a room: both individual B.U. law students and groups who have already used their two hour reservation may use an open room until a group with a reservation arrives.
