eResources Update: Tax Notes Today

Tax Notes Today provides news, commentary, and analysis of developments in federal tax law. Full text contents include IRS regulations and documents, as well as reports from other related U.S. government offices such as the GAO, Congressional Budget Office, and the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation. Tax Notes Today contains PDFs of the documents that are cited in Tax Notes. It is browsable but also has a robust search engine. It may be searched by keyword, code section, document type, document number, and much more. This service also has a backfile from 1993 to present.

Once on the page, click on the link "Tax Notes Today" on the left side of the screen to enter the service.

Tax Notes Today is available to all BULaw students and faculty. This resource is available for home use via the proxy server.
