eResources Update: LoisLaw Treatise Libraries

The Library now subscribes to the LoisLaw Treatise Libraries, an online database containing collections of treatises on topics ranging from Antitrust to Corporate Law to Internet and E-Commerce Law.  These treatises are generally not available from LexisNexis or Westlaw, making this a unique resource. Specific treatises in the database include Areeda's Antitrust Law, IP and Antitrust, the Law of the Internet (also from Aspen ), the CCH Bankruptcy Case Reporter, as well as many many others.

Treatises may be browsed or searched and all documents include star pagination.

It is browsable but also has a robust search engine. It may be searched by keyword, code section, document type, document number, and much more. This service also has a backfile from 1993 to present.

To access the Loislaw Treatise Libraries, go to: http://www.loislaw.com/nellco/index.htm?id=0x47IwJP

Once on the page, click on the LoisLaw Treatise Libraries on the right side of the screen to enter the service.

The LoisLaw Treatise Libraries are available to all BULaw students and faculty. This resource is available for home use via the proxy server.
