Banking Law Research Guide
Researching the law of banking involves the same process as researching many other areas of the law. You will need to research statutes, case law as well as administrative law, which includes documents generated by federal agencies that are involved in regulation of banking and financial services institutions. There are also unique Pappas Library resources and numerous helpful web sites. Please consult the reference staff for assistance with your legal research related to banking or any other subject.
An extensive range of research resources on banking, securities and related topics are available from IntelliConnect (formerly the CCH Business and Finance Internet Research Network). Note: When logging in, you will be prompted to enter your BU e-mail address, in order to preserve any settings you have made. First-time users will need to create a password.
