Access to Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law and Library Databases for Graduating Students
Bloomberg Law: Graduating Students have access to Bloomberg Law for six months after graduation. If you do not yet have a password sign-up for one here.
Lexis: Graduating students (including LLM’s) will have free, unlimited use of Lexis Advance to help study for the bar ALL summer long until July 31, 2014. Lexis school ID’s will be deactivated on August 01, 2014. However, Lexis offers free access to Lexis Advance through December 31, 2014 so that you can use Lexis Advance to help find a job, prepare for interviews, and conduct legal research both professionally and personally. To gain extended access to Lexis Advance after August 1, 2014, graduates should sign up for the Graduate ID Program. The Graduate ID program has already been released and you can go ahead and sign up for it now.

Additionally, if graduates pursue a public interest field career, you can sign up for the ASPIRE program, which gives you free access to Lexis Advance for an entire year until September 2015. You can sign up for the ASPIRE program here.
Westlaw: Upon graduation your full access to Westlaw will expire on May 31, 2014. You will however receive 60 hours of full WestlawNext per month from June through November. Go here to extend your password. (NOTE: Westlaw is discontiuning academic access to Westlaw Classic June 30th. Save your research now.)
Library Databases: Your access to library databases expires upon graduation. Alumni may access many University and Law School subscription databases on-site via the reading room computer terminals.
