Introduction to the Collection * Equipment * Holdings * Maps
The term microform describes a number of different items, all of which have in common that they are reduced photographic representations of printed information. The Pappas Law Library has developed an extensive microforms collection that includes material from a number of areas of concern and value to legal researchers. This guide describes those materials. For more information on the contents of the collection and assistance in using it, consult the librarian on duty at the reference desk or a staff member at the circulation desk.
Equipment
The Pappas Law Library has microfiche and microfilm readers and reader/printers which make full size photocopies. You will need a copy card to make copies from the reader/printers. Each copy debits the card $0.15. If you have questions about the operation of the machines, consult a member of the circulation staff. Additionally, microfiche to microfiche duplicates will be made, upon request, by members of the staff. The cost is $1.00 per duplicate.
