Why I chose BU Law

I met a professor from BU in Brazil, and I got really interested in the focus that BU gives to intellectual property. There are some big names of the American academia here. We have Professor Meyer; we have professor Wendy Gordon; we have Professor Bone – a lot of professors that are really well known internationally and really develop great and very serious work in this area. Also, Brazil has a new law that we call “innovation law” that’s actually based on American law. So I thought that would be a great opportunity to come here and do a comparative study between Brazilian and American law.
