The Office of Rental Property Management is responsible for the Residences at 580 Commonwealth Avenue, designed specifically for BU graduate students and leases several independent apartments that are owned by the University . If you wish to rent a unit in 580 Commonwealth Avenue, you must contact them directly, either by phone at 617.353.4101 or email at rental@bu.edu. Availability is extremely limited, so call early if you are interested! Please note that you cannot rent the independent apartments without first visiting the office in person.
