Shizuka Sayama ('07)

My background

Before coming to BU Law, I worked as the assistant manager of an Intellectual Property Licensing and Alliance Department for a corporation. My work involved a range of IP projects, including devising a new licensing program, establishing new cross-licensing arrangements with third-parties, and resolving infringement disputes.

After graduating from Hitosubashi University Law School in 1998, I co-authored several articles for the Journal of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the Pacific Intellectual Property Association.
