Ernesto Kreitman-Badell ('07)

My background

I am a 1998 law graduate of the University of Buenos Aires and member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. I joined BU Law from Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani in Buenos Aires, where I was a senior associate and a member of the firm’s capital markets and banking team. My practice mainly focused on capital market transactions, public sector financing, securitization, syndicated loans, project finance matters, investment funds and M&A.

Between 2004-2005, I participated in a legal trainee exchange program, which brought me to White and Case’s New York office, where I worked as an international associate in the firm’s securitization and banking departments.
