My background

I feel that increasingly I have to negotiate with multinational companies—of course including American companies and lawyers—to solve patent infringement litigations or, for example, licensing of a patent to the other companies. So it was really good that I could learn the basic American subjects that BU Law offers to LL.M. students to introduce the general overview of the U.S. legal system. Besides, I could learn the intellectual property related to subjects such as the copyright and patents, trademarks, antitrust...Those courses were very high quality, and I think I could learn a lot from the great professors.
