Topics in American Law

The American Law Program's graduate colloquium consists of a series of spring semester faculty presentations and informal discussions on timely American Law topics, often with international implications. The colloquium is intended to create a forum for students to meet and learn from faculty outside the classroom, and to explore important and emerging topics. Past sessions have included:
