Rental Estimates
Boston is one of America’s most livable cities, but this comes at a price, as housing can be expensive. The following list gives an estimate of monthly rental costs in the different Boston University-accessible areas. These are only estimates; some rental prices may be above or below the listed amounts. Some rentals may include utilities (i.e. heat, hot water) although many do not. Always inquire about utilities, as they may significantly increase the quoted rent.
